An important notice for customers regarding order collection and delivery procedures
Cake in the Afternoon is a registered food business that takes exceptional care at all times in our approach to hygiene and safety. The health and wellbeing of our customers is our highest priority. In response to public health guidance recommending social distancing we have made some small but important changes to our standard order collection and delivery procedures.
Orders for collection
Starting 16 March 2020 all orders for collection from our St Kilda East location will be contactless. Customers wishing to collect their orders will be able to do so from our fully enclosed and secure entrance porch during a mutually agreed time period.
Orders for delivery
Starting 16 March 2020 all orders for delivery will be managed by Interparcel OR Australia Post. Interparcel will collect all orders for delivery from our St Kilda East location, negating the need for us to make parcel drops in person to the Post Office or courier depots. With national coverage through the best parcel delivery firms, Interparcel has competitive rates and offers a complete tracking service.
