Join our very own Carla from SweetWorks Decorating Workshops for a 3 hour kick-starter course in all things ROYAL ICING. We’ll discuss fool proof recipes, tools and techniques to create the most “Insta-worthy” cookies, and best of all – you’ll get to make them yourself!
In this class you will:
- colour your royal icing and perfect your consistencies
- learn outlining, separation and wet on wet methods
- use lustre dusts and edible ink to add detail and dimension to your cookies
- be introduced to tools and tricks of the trade
- receive shelf life advice on how to store your cookies
