I am afraid the cookies will break in transit?
We are very experienced in this! We have been packing cookies for shipment nationally (sometimes across to NZ!) for 10 years. Our team ensure that each cookie is bubble wrapped and there is no movement in the parcel. We do the shake test! In those 10 years – we have had a handful of breakages – in the event that this happens we will replace or credit you for those broken items.
What is the turnaround time?
We work on a 7 day schedule. We bake Monday and Tuesday then decorate through out the week. If it is a last minute request, don’t fret! We have a rush option for times like this for a small fee.
Can you create a custom sets?
Our range online is fully comprehensive and much thought has gone into creating these ranges. So we can either tweak the ranges a little to suit or select from the range as it is.
Can you pack the cookies individually?
All our cookies are packed this way to extend shelf life which brings us to the next question…
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
Cookies are heat sealed in cello bags to ensure the shelf life is maximised. 6 months is standard.
How do you guarantee freshness?
Our cookies are heat sealed for freshness and last for up to 6months in ambient conditions
Can I pick up cookies in store?
Yes, we have a selection of product in Elwood.
