How do I place an order or request a quote?
To place an order or ask for a quote, please submit your details through the contact form.
What information should I include when requesting a quote?
Please share the date your cookies are needed, any inspiration images, the quantity required, your location for shipping estimates, and any extra details that can help with preparing an accurate quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Bookings fill quickly. Most orders need at least two to four weeks notice, and some dates are booked out three to four months early. Last minute custom orders are rarely available.
How long is my quote valid and how do I secure my booking?
Quotes are valid for one week. A quote does not secure your booking. To confirm your date, you must book within that week and pay at least fifty percent of the order total.
When is payment due for my order?
Payment is due within forty eight hours of receiving your invoice by email. Full payment must be received before cookies are shipped. Orders are secured on a first come, first paid basis.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is twelve cookies per flavour.
What delivery or collection options are available?
You can collect your order from St Kilda East. Express delivery through Australia Post is available nationwide, with cost based on weight and location. A same day courier service within Melbourne can also be arranged at an additional cost.
Who is responsible if cookies are damaged in transit?
Cookies are packed carefully, but responsibility for any damage after they leave the studio cannot be taken. Refunds and exchanges are not available for items damaged during transit.
What flavours do you offer?
Available flavours include Vanilla, Lemon Zest, Choc Chip, Chocolate, Gingerbread, and a Vanilla gluten free option.
What size are your standard cookies?
Standard cookies measure approximately eight to nine centimetres.
How long do the cookies last and how should they be stored?
Cookies are heat sealed and remain fresh for up to eight weeks when unopened. Once opened, they should be eaten within twenty four to seventy two hours. Store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid the fridge, as condensation can damage the icing. Cookies can be frozen in an airtight container, but the container must stay closed until the cookies have completely thawed.

Is your kitchen registered?
Yes, the kitchen is registered as a class two business with the City of Port Phillip.
How are cookie prices determined?
Prices vary depending on size, shape, hand cutting, number of colours, and design complexity. The minimum order is twelve cookies.
What are your approximate prices for custom royal iced cookies?
Basic designs start at five dollars seventy per cookie. Detailed designs range from six to seven dollars. Elaborate styles and character cookies begin at nine dollars fifty.
